Hello, I am Abhishek Bohare, a particle physicist and
scientist from my village in Uttarakhand, India. My path has
taken me to working at CERN and pursuing a Ph.D. at the
University of Edinburgh, where I study CP violation in the
charm sector and contribute to detector development through
the HV-MAPS CMOS sensor technology.
Alongside my work in particle physics, I also monitor
Near-Earth Objects (asteroids) and engage with space policy,
focusing on planetary defense and the responsible use of space
resources.
Beyond academia, I enjoy cricket, reading novels, watching
movies, and spending time in nature. Hiking, skiing, and
astrophotography are among my favorite pastimes. I try to
approach life with optimism, seeing challenges as
opportunities to learn and grow.
Feel free to contact me to discuss physics, space, or anything
interesting.
Our stories are woven by growth. Journeys are meant to grow, to embrace change, and to transcend limitations. The more challenges we take on and the more connections we make, the more we can grow into the most optimal version of ourselves.
I am committed to developing medical technologies and algorithms to advance the well-being of humanity. Each breakthrough represents progress towards a healthier and happier global community. Together, let us pave the way for a brighter future.
As a physicist at the LHC based experiments, I'm exploring
matter-antimatter asymmetry, aiming to unveil the universe's
mysteries. Join me on this journey of exploration and
discovery.
